Our commitment
LabConnect only allows the sending of legitimate messages, consented to by their recipients. Any use of the platform for spam purposes is strictly prohibited.
Prior consent
The user must ensure that each recipient has explicitly consented to receive messages, in particular for any commercial or marketing message.
Opt-out
Every marketing campaign must offer a simple way to opt out (for example, replying STOP). Recipients who opt out must not be contacted again.
Prohibited content
Messages that are illegal, misleading, fraudulent (phishing), harassing, or that infringe a third party's rights are prohibited.
Sanctions
Any breach of this policy may lead to immediate account suspension, without prejudice to any legal action.

If you receive a message you believe is abusive or unsolicited, sent from our platform, report it to abuse@labyrinthe-rdc.com.
