Purpose
These terms of service govern access to and use of the LabConnect platform, an SMS sending service operated by Labyrinthe Innovations SARL.
Acceptance of terms
Creating an account or using the service constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.
Account creation and verification
The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided at sign-up. The platform may request identity or activity verification (KYC) before authorising certain sending volumes.
Use of the service
The user agrees to send only lawful, non-misleading messages that comply with the platform's anti-spam policy. Any fraudulent or abusive use, or use that harms third parties, may lead to immediate account suspension.
Pricing and payment
Plans and their prices are shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Except for an error attributable to the platform, amounts paid for SMS already used are non-refundable.
Liability and availability
The platform uses reasonable means to ensure service availability and message delivery, without guaranteeing an absolute delivery rate, which notably depends on third-party carrier networks.
Termination
The user may stop using the service at any time. The platform may suspend or terminate an account in case of serious breach of these terms, in particular in case of proven spam.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy which forms an integral part of these terms.
Anti-spam
Sending unsolicited messages is strictly governed by our anti-spam policy which every user agrees to follow.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts, failing an amicable resolution.
